High Quality Railway Clips in Railway Fastening SystemIn railway fastening system, railway clip is a boltable, adjustable, self-blocking clip device to fasten the steel rails with high clip strength. Railway clips are widely used for various types of railway fastening systems, and the adjustability of railway clips is secured by means of the square taper washer. Usually welded on the i-beam of steel rail, but sometimes also can be used in steel plates which embedded in concrete.
There are types for M16, M20, and M24 fastening material. The railway clips are especially used with crane tracks on a steel girder or on a concrete foundation with a steel rail tie plate. The height of the railway clip is variable, so there is a suitable railway clip for virtually every rail type, including nibless / without cone variants to suit steel rails from 10kg/m up to 56kg/m.
We have rich experience in the railway industry and a high level of expertise in railway clip production field. Our railway clip products are designed in such a way to allow fine adjustment for alignment, while at the same time, providing a self locking effect against the force of the crane. The railway clips can be fixed by being bolted or welded to the structure.
For example, the production process of W14 railway clip involves raw materials inspection, cutting, heating, forging, quenching, tempering, inspection and testing.
