Customers From Indonesia Visit Agico for Railway E-clips

This November another team of customers from Indonesia came to visit AGICO for railway fasteners. We first contacted each other by emails, and the customer gradually built trust with us though the email contacts and several trial orders. This time they are going to develop a mould for their new product due to a huge demand. To ensure the quality and mutual understanding for future cooperation, they decided to come to China and visit us by themselves. It was a three-day visit with their Chairman, CFO and General Manager.



They are a leading railway material supplier in Indonesia and hold strict principles for quality and service. After a short rest upon their arrival, we toured around our headquarter office and had a presentation in the meeting room to help them know better about AGICO’s development history and supply of railway fasteners. As claimed, AGICO began its business in railway materials from 1958 and has been a CRCC (China Railway Construction Corporation) trusted top manufacturer of rail fasteners, rail joint bars/fish plates, elastic clips, tie plates, rail spikes, rail shoulders, bolts& nuts and other related accessories in strict accordance with the ISO9000:2008 quality management system with decades of accumulated experience. Now we have developed several plants for different products and with the full range of up-to-date inspection tools. Thanks to our customers’ support, our products have been exported to more than 30 countries worldwide such as Canada, Russia, America, South Africa, Sudan, Bangladesh etc.



After a short meeting in our headquarters, we headed to our factory to see our production line and inspection center in person. Our factory covers more than 100,000 square meters with mould processing center, steel rolling and casting lines, e-clip lines, fishplate line, spike and bolts line, heating treatment line, surface anticorrosion treatment line and display room. These state of art equipments and our experienced technicians and workers guarantee we meet the international standards such as BS, AREMA, UIC, AS, DIN, and JS etc.



They were quite content with our advanced equipment, tidy environment, efficient work and strict management. The trip to our factory convinced our customer to cooperate with us and they spoke highly of our quality control. So we went back our office to discuss the details on our cooperation. We had a discussion on the payment terms, shipping, lead time of samples, marking and every detail. The negation was hard but the result was satisfactory. We finalized three-year cooperation with a not less than eight containers monthly shipment, based on the favorable terms for both parties. For the need is urgent and the quantity is huge, they paid us cash on the spot to develop the mould as soon as possible. Later their engineer will come to China to confirm the samples.



This visit was worthy and fruitful. It made us know better about each other and be able to commence the cooperation in the future. We are quite proud to help our customers to save time and meet their requirements. AGICO is always aiming to grow with our customers.
